| ABC Extension Programme
Since the HIS ABC programme commenced in October 1994, over forty veterinarians, many being volunteers from abroad, have worked on the programme and contributed their expertise. As the programme became more streamlined, HIS shelter staff found that many requests were received from other animal welfare societies to provide assistance, inspiration, advice and training.

Developed from years of experience, and contributions from many veterinarians, a manual has been produced in Hindi and English, and is made available by HIS in response to enquiries for help and information.View ABC Manual
